Kirsty Martin has 23 years experience in hairdressing and has just recently joined Clipso in 2008. She has twice reached the L’Oreal Colour Trophy Southern finals and has a keen interest in show work and editorial shoots, however her main focus is on training and education.Her main passion is training and building the team, and in particular Kirsty hopes to concentrate on getting younger members of the team involved in a variety of shoots and shows outside of the salon, as not only will this build their confidence and experience- but bring some great tips and tricks into the salon! Kirsty loves every aspect of her job and consequently excels

in every area of hairdressing.  Her passion for the industry stems from a very young age; “I had always known that I would be a hairdresser, both my parents were hairdressers too so I guess you could say it’s in my blood! I love all aspects of hair- from being in the salon and spending time with clients, the fashion aspect of hair, participating in shows and shoots and helping younger staff to excel” comments Kirsty. Kirsty wants to build a strong ‘family’ team at Clipso Brighton, and really spread the word that Clipso Brighton offers a high standard of hairdressing in a lavish environment.
