    We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out a lead
    generation form through our advertisements on Meta platforms. The information we collect
    includes:

     Email Address
     Phone Number
    We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the purposes outlined below.

  1. How We Use Your Data (Purpose of Processing)

    We use the information we collect for the following specific purposes:
     To provide you with access to a booking code: Once you submit the lead form, a
    code is instantly displayed, which you then use to book your hair appointment
    through our online booking system. The data provided is used to record that you
    have received this code.
     To follow up on incomplete bookings: If you provide your details and receive the
    code but do not finalize your appointment booking within 48 hours, we will use the
    provided phone number to contact you. The purpose of this call is solely to offer
    assistance, answer questions about the booking process, and help you finalise your
    booking.
    We will not use your data for any other purposes without your explicit consent.

    As this campaign is only for the UK, we are subject to UK GDPR. We rely on the following
    legal basis for processing your personal information:
     Consent: We process your data based on your explicit consent provided when you
    submit the lead form and agree to this Privacy Policy and the custom disclaimer
    regarding phone follow-ups. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

     Data Storage: The personal data we collect is stored securely within the Leads
    Centre associated with our Facebook Business Page. You can access and manage
    your data by contacting us using the details below.

     No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share your personal information with any
    external third parties or marketing platforms, service providers, or systems, including
    our booking system provider (“Shortcuts”). You will enter your details directly into the
    booking system yourself when you redeem your code.
     Data Controllers: Both we Clipso and Meta Platforms. are independent data
    controllers for the information collected via lead ads. Meta uses your information
    according to the Meta Privacy Centre.

  1. Data Retention

    We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined
    in this policy.
     If you successfully book an appointment using the code, your data in our internal lead
    system will be securely deleted within 14 days after your appointment is completed.
     If you do not book an appointment, your data will be securely deleted within 30 days
    after our follow-up period has ended.
